If you're looking for a fun and effective way to stay in shape, try taking a group fitness class at USF St. Petersburg. There are many group fitness classes offered by the campus recreation department, including Yoga and Total Body Strength. USF fitness instructors have been trained to instruct classes for all fitness levels. Here's a list with some of our most popular classes. Microsoft Teams will make it possible to take group fitness classes virtually via Microsoft Teams. The USF online member portal has the class schedule. Register in the Campus Recreation Center's lobby. Or go online. Register for classes 25 hours in advance. You must cancel your registration at least 15 mins before the class begins to allow for standby students. Otherwise, the $5 class fee will be charged to your credit card and your registration will remain on hold until cancelled.
