CrossFit workouts are generally structured with prescribed weights, but lighter weights can also be used to get a more challenging experience. EMOM is an abbreviation of Every Minute on the Minute. Each workout consists of a specified number reps. The rest of the time is used for rest, and then you can start the workout over again.
